I had a great experience here. The check-in was easy and didn’t take very long. I was seen rather quickly. The assistant was very nice. The Dr. had very good bedside manners and made sure I was comfortable during my visit. I appreciate the time she took to help me through my pain and making the best decision for me to get better. It was an overall great experience and I would recommend this urgent care if you’re in the Katy area and need non life threatening care.

This place is amazing! I walked in 5 minutes before they were scheduled to close with a very bad cold/sinus infection. They gladly accepted me and did not rush me. The kindness that both the doctor and nurse displayed to me is top notch. This is now my new Urgent Care!! I feel better knowing such a wonderful facility is so close to home. We came back today May 2024 and we were in and out again! This is the ONLY urgent care I will ever go to! Everyone is so nice and the lady at the desk gave my kids some coloring pages and markers. So sweet!!! I definitely recommend this urgent care especially if you have kids! They are great with kids! Thanks again!!Was in and out in less than an hour! I was feeling really bad congested and turned out it was a virus and when I went to urgent Care from the moment I walked in it was very pleasant the young ladies behind the desk took very good care of me they we're very personable and pleasant, explained everything thoroughly to me, and then when I was called into the exam room the young lady in there also was very courteous very informative and I didn't have to sit there waiting on the doctor to come in like 40 minutes what I usually wait when I go see my regular doctor. I was in and out of there quicker than I expected. They called in my prescriptions and they were ready to be picked up at the pharmacy right after I left the clinic. I will definitely use urgent care in Bellville again if needed.Thank you so much! You are awesome!! 👍recommend this clinic.

Was suffering from a severe migraine and went in to get checked. The staff was very quick with getting me checked in & I was quickly called to the back. All the nurses and doctor were very kind & didn’t make me feel bad (like I was making up how much pain I was under). The doctor thoroughly asked questions about my past and took time to really see what was going on. She knew what meds I should take and I was able to go back to work the next day! Would definitely return if needed! Honestly the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had.

Friendly and welcoming staff and the doctor did great with my toddler. I was impressed! We went in the morning and there was no wait time. They promptly saw us and we were done a lil over an hour. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I think the floors could have been more clean, the trash taken out the night before. We did visit the bathroom and it was clean.

I came in to get a shot for a bad tooth infection. I gave them the script and they started the process,even filling out the paperwork for me! The doctor checked me over and then I got the shot,which I didn't even feel. After waiting a few minutes to be sure I wouldn't have any adverse reactions I was ready to go home. So after my interaction at the clinic, the Practice Manager reached out to me personally to get my side as well as his staff side. First off, the fact that he even asked if I was seen and how I am feeling, made me feel like he cared about my health. I appreciate him for that. Update: The Practice Manager personally called me to apologize for the experience, and the PM and CEO talked with the doctor. It appears it was a misunderstanding due to cultural differences. I’m grateful that the management cares about the experience and tried to resolve and rectify the issue. The doctor was also apologetic for the misunderstanding. These things can happen, and not a big deal.Original:My son was misdiagnosed here and the doctor came off as rude asking my wife if she’s Afghan because she was sitting quietly, he said Americans are usually loud. SIR, our son had a fever of over 101 for a day, you think she’s going to be partying or something in the urgent care?He had a fever and they tested for flu which came back negative. The doctor then checked his ears and said he has an ear infection and prescribed an antibiotic. I was talking with my son’s pediatrician as well, and he said my son’s fever can’t break after just one dose, and he told me to pause the antibiotics. His pediatrician checked him the next day, no ear infection, it was the flu. It was just too early to detect at the urgent care, nonetheless, why send us on our way with a misdiagnosis?The staff at the front desk is very nice though.

This was my first visit to this urgent care and I was pleased when I left. Adela and Armando were really nice and make the check in process easy and quick. Dr. Felicia addressed all of my concerns and explained the medication that she would proscribe me. I was in and out of the urgent care in less than 30 minutes. It was clean and no wait time. If I get sick again I’ll be back to visit this urgent care center.

I highly recommend this location. The staff were polite and punctual. Armando and William were extremely helpful. Armando offered to assist me with my paperwork if I had any issues. The Provider, Ms. Dayo was very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns. They were having issues with their X-Ray machine. Ms. Dayo kept me informed and updated on the status of the machine. Told me that they would send the results if I wanted to leave. I decided to wait but she checked on me during my wait.

Update!!!Management reached out very promptly and I'm very pleased with how my concerns were handled and resolved.Had a terrible encounter today being my first time here. The help desk Adela was very rude. I had called to schedule an appointment rather than walk in as i did that earlier that day with my youngest Child and needed to bring my oldestlater in the day. She insisted we walked in and proceeded to send the wrong form to fill out and walked away from the phone when I tried speaking to her about it. When my husband asked her her name when he got there with our son, she first gave him the wrong name then came back to say her name is Adela (hopefully thats the right one)The APRN was wonderful but help desk was horrible. I find it difficult to trust and go back to a place where staff can lie about their name and treat patients horribly.

I love Ms Cristina and Adela they are wonderful and professional. I came in for ear infection and thought vertigo it appeared I had built of wax in both ears. William started cleaning out my ears with solution very kind and gentle!! I will be back if I ever need medical attention. I can not say enough about how fabulous this place is. I have visited this place twice recently and Ms. Dayo and the man at the counter/takes your blood pressure were just unbelievable in their care and concern. There was no wait time and if you fill out your papers online there is no need to refill more papers when you arrive. Again, phenomenal care, professionalism, efficient, follow through and also did my insurance correctly. I felt like family.They are a good example of how your primary care doctor should treat you. I've had to visit this clinic twice this year due to being super sick both times. I appreciate that they don't hesitate to prescribe multiple medications and even administer a steroid shot if necessary. Very thorough, the Dr took x-rays of my ankle first set said no fracture. But the Dr wasn't convinced so she did them again in a different position, being I couldn't put any pressure and wasn't able to walk. Had a pretty good wait on last results so she said she call me as soon as she got them. It took me a while to get in my vehicle then I seen the Dr appear at my van and talked me through the result in which there was a fracture brought my referral papers and everything to my vehicle so that I didn't have to struggle to get back out and in the building she was great. I've never seen a Dr come outside a building to find you.

I am so happy, that I left near by clinic and ended up here. Everyone was so nice and took the time to ask a couple of questions and then was kind enough to explain that even the ER would not give me stitches. The Doctor showed me how to care for my wound and made me feel much better about the whole incident. The Prior place ( wont mention there name but very popular), the nurse yelled for everyone to get out of line and sit down. Then had to ask the people she was helping who was behind them. Then I was called and the lady was rude said is that a dog bite? Then shooed me away said we can't help you. So happy I left and ended up at BELLVILE Urgent Care!Thank you!

We have been here more than once. The best urgent care I have ever been in. The staff is exceptional and obviously know what they are doing. My 4yo feels comfortable here, and nurse Sarah is so kind and compassionate, just the most wonderful nurse. Stephanie is great and Dr. Zhang was really good with my kid. This was our first experience with Urgent Care for our daughter and they did an amazing job. We were checked in and seen quickly, the medication we needed was sent to the pharmacy before we finished with the doctor, so we didn't have a long wait after the visit. The girls at the front desk were so very helpful. I didn't have my insurance card only a picture of a temporary one that was posted at my place of employment and the girls in the front office at the urgent Care facility got my visit approved with my insurance. You will be waiting in line anywhere you go for medical needs these days - but at least here everyone keeps you updated and is so, so kind! They worked as fast as they could for sure. I think we waited about 15 minutes to be taken to the back which in my opinion (for walking in without an appointment) isn't bad at all. The staff and doctor/NP were very nice and knowledgeable. Once we figured out the issue/sickness we were out of there in no time. I highly recommend!

I visited on July 4th. The front clerk is AWESOME!! The phone was ringing & ringing. She had a walk in with a cut finger, kept her patience and was very kind! Wow! The staff is incredible. I've never been more impressed with an urgent care nor other medical offices as I was here. They superceded in all ways. The doctor was great too. She took the time to explain my concerns in a personal way. If you have to drive, it is worth it!

Bellville is a great community in many ways. A new reason is Bellville Urgent Care. I believe you can tell a great deal about a business in the first two minutes after you arrive. From the moment I arrived I knew I was dealing with caring professionals. Next the young lady who serves as the medical assistant performed her responsibilities with a pleasing attitude. The provider was impressive in the way she listened and the questions, comments, and in what she prescribed. Bellville Urgent Care has made an investment in our community. Therefore we should strive to promote them and utilize their services as needed.

I'm from out of town in the process of relocating to this area. My primary physician is still located in Kentucky . My insurance did not cover this facility . Through the whole process they were up front and honest with me on cost. This was a reoccurring ailment which they listened to the history causing me to feel as they cared and did not dismiss me. These are the friendliest and caring people I have dealt with in a very long time. I would highly recommend this Care Clinic.

I recently went to Bellville Urgent Care for the 1st time w/an obstructed ear. I have a history w/a burst eardrum & my greatest fear is having my ear examined/treated. From the moment I walked in, I was treated kindly and promptly. I was taken back almost immediately. I was seen by Felicia Ayoade. I can’t express how comfortable she made me, she listened to my medical history and took great, gentle care in my exam. I recommend BUC w/the highest review & gratitude. If myself or family member ever need Urgent Care, I would definitely go back. ~Thank you~

This was my first time visiting the clinic. My son came down with an ear infection on a Saturday night and I'm so happy they were open. The staff was super friendly and the doctor was patient with my son and took the time to allow him to hear my heartbeat and even offered to take a picture of that moment. It was a Sunday morning and they looked to be understaffed so the wait was just a tad bit longer than expected, but it was much better than going another sleepless night to try to get into our doctor the next day. We caught the infection early and he was almost 100% himself the next day. Great experience!

I just moved to Bellville and have felt under the weather ever since I arrived. When I called to ask about their hours, Keith was so wonderfully amazing and friendly that I threw on some clothes and headed that way.

I have never been treated so greatly in a medical office before! The front desk employee was AMAZING. smiled with every request and was very outgoing and friendly.
